Overview
WonderMail is an email client that lets you read, organize, and send email from your own Gmail or Microsoft accounts. This policy explains what data WonderMail handles and how.
Data we collect
Account information: the email address and password (or OAuth identity) you use to sign in to WonderMail.
Mailbox data: when you connect an email account, WonderMail syncs your email messages, threads, labels, and related metadata through Nylas (our email connectivity provider) and stores them in our database so the app can display them to you.
App data you create: tasks, snooze settings, signatures, filters, and other preferences you set in the app.
How we use your data
To display your email and let you search, organize, and act on it. To send, archive, delete, snooze, and label email only when you ask the app to. To keep your settings and tasks in sync across sessions.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use your email content for advertising.
Third-party services
WonderMail relies on Nylas to connect to your email provider and on Supabase for authentication and data storage. When you connect a Google account, your use of Gmail data is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy. Google account data obtained through the Gmail API is used only to provide the email features of this app and is not shared with third parties except as needed to operate those features.
Your controls
You can disconnect an email account at any time in Settings > Accounts, which stops further syncing. You can revoke WonderMail's access to your Google account at any time from your Google account permissions page.
Data retention and deletion
Synced mailbox data is retained while your account is active so the app can display it. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us at the address below.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
